Can I Ship a Gun from Your Online Gun Store to My Home?

Federal law does not allow firearms to be shipped to your home. All firearms must be shipped to a registered Federal Firearms Dealer.

I Bought a Gun Through Your Online Gun Store, Now What Do I Do?

If you chose “shipping” during checkout, you will need to choose a local FFL (Federal Firearms Dealer) near you to have us ship the gun to. Once you choose the dealer near you, just let them know that you bought a gun from our online gun store and you want to have the gun shipped to them.

They will need to send us a copy of their FFL license, and we can then ship the gun right to them. On average, guns will arrive no sooner than ten business days from the date of purchase to your local FFL. If you haven’t received your gun after this time, please contact us.

Will My Local Dealer Charge Me a Fee for the Gun Transfer?

Yes, most dealers will charge between $15 and $35 for a firearm transfer because of the paperwork that is involved. If your local dealer charges more than $35, you should probably think about finding a different dealer.

Can I Ship Ammunition to My Home?

What Carrier Does Florida Gun Supply Use to Ship Guns?

We stick to USPS because of the flat rate shipping options.

If I Buy a Gun Online, Can I Ship the Gun to You and Pick It Up at Your Store?

Sure. We charge a $15 transfer fee for the first transfer you do with us, and then just $5 per transfer for all firearm transfers after that.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

Most of the firearms we sell have two separate lifetime warranties on them. One lifetime warranty is from the manufacturer, and another lifetime warranty is from the distributor that we bought the firearm from. That said, we cannot accept refunds on firearms at the time – but we’ll help you with whatever we possibly can to make sure you have a great transaction.
