SAR Arms B6P 4.5" Review

The SAR Arms B6P handgun is a safe gun that will feel comfortable in your hands and can be purchased at a great price. This design of this gun is similar to that of the CZ-75, allowing it to fit nicely in your hands. The frame is made with a polymer material, lessening the weight of the gun. In order to reduce the weight of the B6P, this gun features the slimline slide. Because this gun is made with the lightweight polymer frame, the gun is top-heavy when unloaded; however, once the rounds are added to the magazine, the SAR Arms B6P is perfectly balanced, allowing for accurate and speedy shooting. The B6P can be easily concealed because of its 4.5" barrel, and it is a great choice for a home defense firearm with its 15+1 capacity.

Features of the SAR Arms B6P 9MM

Some of the external features of this firearm are:

  • Right handed external manual safety
  • Slide release (also right handed)
  • Double and single action hammer
  • Right handed magazine release

The SAR Arms B6P 9MM may appear to be a bulky firearm at first glance; however, the external features are designed to make the operation of this gun as seamless as possible. The slide, safety, and magazine release extend enough to be to be easily utilized, but do not protrude enough to get caught when it counts the most.

SAR Arms B6P - Great Gun for the Money!

B6P 9MM Disassembly and Tear Down

The disassemblement and tear down of the B6P 9mm is not the easiest. While it is arguably easier than the Walther P22, it is definitely not as simple to tear down as a Glock. The steps to disassemble the SAR Arms B6P are as follows:

Step 1: Make sure the chamber is clear on your B6P.

Step 1: Clear out your chamber on your B6P.

Step 2: Locate the take down pin and apply pressure inwards toward the gun.

Step 2: Find the take down pin and push inwards toward the gun. Pressing the pin through the B6P 9mm handgun will be difficult at first, but will eventually get easier. We've noticed that if we take a little pressure off of the slide, the pin tends to come out a little easier.

Step 3: Pull the pin out of the gun, and let the slide move forward and off of the frame.

Step 3: Pull out the pin and allow the slide to move forward and off of the frame.
